What is Contract?
Contract is where the Architecture is accepted and locked.
This phase does not redesign the project.
It confirms that the architecture is ready to become the agreement that later work must follow.
What happens in Contract?
In this phase, the Architecture is reviewed, accepted, and locked as the project Contract.
Once locked, the Contract becomes the reference point for later execution.
Why does this matter?
Execution should not be measured against vague intent.
It should be measured against an accepted structure.
Contract creates that stable reference point.
What should I do?
Review the Architecture carefully before accepting it.
If something is wrong, unclear, or missing, it should be corrected before the Contract is locked.
Remember
Contract is the point where Architecture becomes commitment.
